AFC 2023 Annual Awards

The AFC 2023 Annual Awards was an international football awards ceremony held in Seoul, South Korea, bringing together officials, VIP guests, athletes, and media from across Asia. GroundK participated as the official transportation partner for the Seoul leg of the event, providing protocol vehicle services for airport-to-hotel transfers and official schedules, limousine bus services for VIP attendees, and shuttle operations for media and key participants. To ensure stable operations amid heavy traffic conditions and a high volume of participants within the city, GroundK applied its Vehicle Management System (VMS) for real-time coordination and control, supporting smooth and consistent transportation throughout the event period.
